These are terms of business that will govern any contract between you and Herbal Secrets ltd (we, us) created through the use of this website. They do not affect your statutory rights. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, you may not use or have access to this website. The information we publish has been validated as far as we reasonably can, but it is given without any liability whatsoever.

The products presented on this website use natural herbs and substances. There may be some individuals who may be sensitive or allergic to some of these substances. The onus is on the customer to check the ingredients prior to purchase.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

Orders can only be accepted from customers who are 18 years or older. Payment can be made by any major credit card or debit card. In the event of payment being declined by your card issuer, we shall not be responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused.

We will try our best to despatch orders within 2 working days of receiving payment, however at busy times this may not be possible.

Delivery charges to overseas locations

Because delivery charges to non-UK destinations vary, please contact us and we will be able to quote a price based on your requirements.

Cancelling of Order

You have a right to cancel orders placed through this website within seven working days of receipt of goods – for UK customers only. Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a refund will be made to your credit/debit card.

If we are unable to supply a particular item we will refund your payment and cancel your order without any further liability.
